How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 2–5 days.

Return Policy
At Skåre, each product is thoughtfully designed and custom-made exclusively for you. Because of this personalized approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all of our items are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each customer, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction. We kindly ask you to double-check product details and sizing information before placing your order.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we are here to make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us at within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund for the affected item.
Why can’t I return my item?
All of our products are custom-made to order, which means they are created just for you after purchase. Under EU consumer law, custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy. This ensures we can offer unique, made-for-you designs while keeping waste to a minimum.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We do not offer free shipping by default, as we focus on delivering the best customer experience through high-quality products and service. However, we do offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more shirts, a little thank you for stocking up!
